I have a Blackberry Bold 9700 & I accidently clicked on my Visual Voicemail icon & now it installed

I would really like to uninstall my visual voicemail. I know there are other threads about this but they do not apply to me because when I go into Program Files > Common Files > Research in Motion I DO NOT HAVE A 'SHARED' folder The only folders I have under Research in Motion are

    AppLoader
    Auto Update
    BBBI Drivers
    BBWebSLLauncher
    Modem Drivers
    USB Drivers

Is there a reason why I dont have a SHARED folder? Yes I have my Blackberry connected to my Desktop Manager & it wont let me uncheck visual voicemail when I try to remove it from there. It obviously wont let me delete it from Options > Applications either. Help!!

Only way you would have a Shared folder is if you have a Blackberry OS installed on your PC

I loaded up BBSAK and deleted the VVM that way. Was way easier and faster.

This may be another stupid question - but what is BBSAK? And how do I download? (This is obviously my first Blackberry)

Blackberry swiss army knife... search google for a dl link... be careful because it does allow you to tinker with the os... I'm not sure what all it does, I got it to take screenshots.

BBSAK is BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife, it's a utility that allow a user to backup/restore applications, delete appplications, load .cod modules, load an OS, remove an IT policy. I believe that BBSAK ver. 1.9 is the latest version.
