What is this? I just got a replacement Tour and this shows up when I try to access the browser:confused:
It means, some part of the software is not working correctly.
The cure is a fresh new OS build. Check out the device subforums for links to the newest carrier approved software.
I had .591 on the last phone and used DM to load the new phone. Does this mean I have to wipe and reinstall? I'm not good at this stuff at all so bear with me:o thx
I have had 3 replacement phones for the same uncaught exception... did the remedy work for you?
Yes it was happening with my favorite theme so I deleted it but still had issues so I wiped and reinstalled. No problems since!
