    Some help please! when i restart my cell phone a message appears on my blackberry device screen mentioning " uncaught exception: index 4 >= 4 ".
    What's wrong ?? Thank you in advance...

    First try a battery pull and see if it goes away.

    If that does not work, hold the alt key and typed lglg (you will not see anything while you are typing). Then scroll down in the log files until you see "uncaught exception". Click on the line where you see "uncaught exception" and it will tell you what app is buggy. Then delete the app.

    I recently have the same problem with some of the others posted in this forum.."uncaught exception : index 4 >= 4" message always appears on the screen after rebooting the device.. when it shows up, nothing I could do...the screen just go white and it shows message "app error 523"...

    i've frustrated enough to continue finding solution, so
    i really need someone's help to solve this problem...please help! many thanks in advance...

    i've tried what you'd suggested...battery pull gives no effect at all, alt key + lglg didn't work either..what do I do now? can you help me,please??

    I highly suggest backing up your device, wiping the unit with BBSAK, and loading the latest OS using AppLoader.
