I have recently been getting an error message on my BB Storm 9530. It is a "Uncaught Exception: java.lang.NullPointerException" Does anyone know why and how I can fix.
Will this be a permenant fix? do you know why it is appearing? I thought maybe my current theme is the problem but I have been running it for a few months and the error just started occuring.
One will often get this error when their device is trying to do something that isn't available. For example, I get this error because I am running a beta OS that does not support T-Mo's five faves icon, so when I reboot it tries to load my five fav icons that aren't available any longer. Look at your themes and go back to a stock theme if you aren't running one. Also look to see if your device is trying to load a picture that is no longer there.
