I installed updated version of ScoreMobile 1.8.1 from AppWorld and was asked to reboot.

Device cannot start. Reboot progress bar gets to about 75% and device reboots again.

Please let me know what I can do.

if you have the current OS installed on your computer, I would pull the battery
run loader.exe on your PC, then connect BB to PC.

follow the prompts until the PIN screen, then pop battery in and once PIN shows up, click next, and from there follow the prompts until the apps screen is there, and remove score mobile.

There is no apploader.exe. The program is actually loader.exe and is located in the .../apploader subdirectory.

The OP would be better advised to Download and install both BlackBerry Desktop Software and a copy of the current BlackBerry OS device software package. The majority of the time, that is the simplest solution to re-installing software.

This will let you backup your data first, something the stand alone Loader does not do.

I misread your BlackBerry as a Torch. The Bold 9000 does not support safe mode, the post has been updated to reflect that. Sorry for the confusion.

It seems to me that the only option left for me is to download latest OS from Rogers (6.0.0.1907) and user loader.txt to wipe my device...

Device is up and running... Have to get my data back. Thanks for your help!
