Unable to receive Email --- HELP!!!!
So, I have been on the phone with Sprint tech support for over an hour and they have no clue... We have tried everything from a battery pull, to network diagnostic test from the phone to turning off my data then re activating it to deleting my email accounts all together. Anyone here have any advice? I can send email, all data (internet, twitter, etc.) Work just fine, the only thing I cannot do is receive email.
Oh, and this has been an issue since thursday morning around 10 central.
Any chances its the device, Bold 9650?

4 day outage with no ETA on resolution
My blackberry stopped recieiving emails on Thurs, 5/27 around 1:30pm EST ... it is now Sun, 5/30 and still nothing. I've called Verizon 4 times, spent 2 hours in a Verizon store, and was finally transferred to BB Help for a ticket. Spoke to BB Help this morning - ZERO HELP. Rep said they are aware of the ticket and it has been escalated to their engineers, and that it may take a week to resolve. A WEEK ?!? Something must have gone terribly wrong for them to need an entire flipping week to resolve the issue ...or perhaps RIM/BB just doesn't care about their customers. Apparently there has been an intermittent Nationwide outage since Wednes, 5/26.
I was so looking forward to the 9650's release on Verizon's network in June, but am now seriously considering switching to a Droid. 4 day outage with no ETA on resolution and completly unhelpful Help Desk Reps makes once wonder ...:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:
