    I'm using a company provided Verizon BB 8330. My company has no BIS account, only BES. My email and BB browser are working with no issues. However, when I try to access "Email Setup" to add my personal email address to the 8330, I get the dreaded "Unable to connect to the selected provisioning server...." message. I've been getting this message for several weeks. I've tried pulling the battery, resending the service books, and re-registering the host tables. Nothing seems to work.

    Does anyone have any suggestions on what I need to do to fix this? TIA.
