    What exactly do you mean by unwipe?

    If you deleted your data hopefully you will have a back up on your PC so that you can restore it all.

    If the Operating system has been completley wiped you can reinstall a new Operating system.

    We did not back it up and wiped it and need to get the contacts from it.

    I am sorry to say that you will not be able to get them back from the device unless you have a backup.

    Maybe if you have them copied to the sim card there may be a way, hopefully someone who knows will come along and let you know.
