OK! Long story short. Kindle works on my Q10 I am able to upload a mobi file and it works.

    PlayBook......Not so much!

I installed the latest version of Kindle from Goodereader and it installs just fine. I've read everywhere that you must click misc-android-kindle app to be able to put the file in the correct folder for the kindle app to be able to launch the ebook file.

BUT!!!!! I get as far as clicking on android and there is no sub folder for kindle app.

I have the latest PB OS installed. I have the latest kindle app installed.

Any ideas?? Is this all being done on purpose?

No idea. However PB was packaged with kobo reader which is the chapters/indigo app. Not sure about Kindle.

Just use kobo app, and send yourself epub instead of MOBI files. If you need to convert files then use Calibre on your computer to manage all your books and share them easily.
