Since I got my Tour off of eBay, the battery door has been loose. I knew it was a typical problem, and it didn't bother me enough to get it replaced. But now the Mute/Standby button stopped working completely. I use that button like, 100 times a day, so it's definitely a big issue. I'm just mad because I'll have to reload all my stuff, including OS 5 and the Hybrid I was running. I guess I'm just ranting about the build quality of these things. Hopefully the new one will be built so well it will be worth it!
