No, Twitter will only tell you or direct messages and mentions.

While you get not HUB notifications, the app does have the @ tab where you can see who started followinf you.

If you have 10.2 you can, I'm not sure about 10.1. Just got to settings>accounts>twitter>enable notifications(on)>new followers(on). And check 'hub management' to make sure that twitter is in the hub

    No. Not as of 10.2.0.

But you can connect the email account you use for your Twitter to your device. When someone follows you, you get notified through email. That's the closest you can get.

Got a example here how it shows
You get the notification that he/she is now following you

Twitter App on Blackberry 10 Question-img_20131222_102929_edit.png

And you get the option to either follow, unfollow or see his/her profile from that screen

    Still too confusing.
    Its where i looked first.
Too many options and with all the clutter on each thread. Makes zero sense to me.

    It's actually fairly easy:

-First locate what device model you have (Settings >About > Modelnumber
-Go to one of the threads with the leak in it and download the correct one for your device model (I stress on this one, downloading and installing the wrong one can result in a bricked device)
-Backup all your info on Link or with apps like IntouchApp Contacts, Contact X, Firechest Backup etc
-Plug your device into your pc and run the autoloader (the .exe file)
-Wait for your device to install the new OS and for it to show you the setup menu when it turns on (do not disturb it during the installation of the OS)
    -Setup your dvice
-(Optional) Do a security wipe. Some people prefer to play it safe and run a security wipe and setting up the phone again, not really necessary.
-Restore your backup or your info from the apps and install your apps back if you didn't restore with Link

    Voila, new OS

It sounds complicated, but after doing it the first time it becomes a bad habit where you don't go out when a new leak comes out just to load and play with it :P

Oh and Merry Christmas to you, sir!
