No fights yet, but I've only had it for 2 weeks. Give it another couple of weeks, and I'm sure my wife will let me have it about how much time I spend using it
Well I dont have a spouse, I'm only 19 too early to think about marriage. lol. Now my girlfriend does complain about my Blackberry use. But she got use to it pretty quick. At first she just couldn't see how I'm so addicted to a phone and use it so much. Well I let her use my BB for a day and lets just say I created a new addict. She was impressed with all the features and couldn't put it down. She is thinking about picking up a BB of her own. Sometimes it still gets on her nerves when I use my BB but not as much.
I sort of create BB addicts you can just ask all of my friends. I let them use my BB and they are just amazed and hooked.
I have never had a big fight with my wife. If she thinks I am using it too much, she will just hide it. And I will sheepishly know that I was using it too much - because she is always right. There was the honeymoon thing, but that was more just dirty looks than any real fight. There are so many more important things to waste the energy of a fight on...
My GF gives me a hard time about my BB but we never fight about it. I take it with me everywhere, which includes the bedroom.
A friend of mine and I that love the Yankees BB message back and forth during games - which means I use it at night in the bedroom quite a bit during baseball season.
Got new phones for the family, but she doesn't use any features except for the occasional text msg, so I convinced her I needed the features on the BB. Also had to agree to buy her a purse, but hey, what the heck...
No fights at all. This is surprising since I have been using my BB Curve for more internet usage than going into the basement to use my PC. I rather be in heat.
Now sometimes she has gotten annoyed with the games I play on it, but that is something else.
Hasn't ever BB owner gone through this? I got my first BB during the summer this year and we fought quite often about it until she played with it for a while and ended up getting one herself!!
Oh yea, but only because there is this very cute younger woman I used to work with, that my wife thinks I talk to/email/and text with WAY too much!! She's probably right!
Not fights yet, but a few sarcastic comments too many. I keep forgetting to turn the ringer off and I can tell the constant e-mail chimes are starting to annoy.
