Not yet, but I've only had mine a couple on months. My wife hates it, but it keeps me from camping out on the computer all day, so that's a compromise for both of us.

Yes, I use it in bed before I close the lights off and turn in. Oh, did I mention my wife comes to bed later than I do. She watches the late shows and then comes to bed - no sly remarks, no fighting.
My husband doesn't dare say anything - lol. Every night before bed, some couples will read or talk about their days - we play with our phones - yes, play. He's on his PDA playing bookworm and I'm listening to music or playing a game on my berry. Ah marital bliss!
