Killing time on youtube, why haven't we seen either of this on TV in North America?? neither are new commercials but both look great to me, and the music rocks!! (Queen and Verve)

The first one is a fan made version so it probably wont end up on the tele any time soon.
But the second one is from Blackberry so that should be on TV.
The only ones that I have seen are the BeBold commercials. The ones with the two brothers who say "we need tools not toys".
anyway i still think RIM needs to do a better job with making their commercials. They need to be more appealing and sentimental.
