    Hi all,

Q10 user here and the last week or so I have noticed that my Tune in Radio app is on the fritz. It first started with one of my regular stations not being able to be broadcast. Not I am noticing that none of the stations I listen to are loading properly.

I brought this up with a friend who uses the Passport and he also noticed issues with performance.

Anybody have any suggestions or experiencing the same thing?

    Thx

Hate to say it, but the android version is much, much better than native. And, it is actively updated. I don't use the native Tunein app anymore.

It works well for me, also using a Q10. I’m on 10.2.1, what OS are you using?

I am currently on 10.3.1.1779. Issues seem to have started a week or so ago.

Like other users over the last couple of months when I launched the app I got the "Java script error" message and would just push ok. Now the app performance is just terrible.

If things don't clear up I might move to the Android Amazon version. Never even thought about it, to be honest. Thanks for the tip.

I am getting the below warning pop-up message every time I change station in TuneIn. If I click OK the app works though. I tried to delete and reinstall it but no luck. It's a bit annoying, does anyone know how to fix it?

I believe this is a common known glitch occurring on the app. I have tried emailing support a few times and have gotten nothing back.

My current issue is with loading a few stations I enjoy. It's having a challenge to connect with them.

As I thought, app not officially available for the passport

Think I'll try rad.io as previously suggested.
    Thanks.

Yeah once I went to 10.3.2 it doesn't work well at all. I finally just downloaded the Android version. Works better and more features. This is what Chen told developers to do, bail on BB10 and focus on Android. Great F'ing plan.

Use Nobex as an alternative. It's a great native app.

Coming back from Android I became very quickly frustrated with the poor quality of the TuneIn app available through BlackBerry World and wound up sideloading the Android version, which works fine.

I've always had issues with the BB10 version. Doesn't carry all my stations I use. Dude is right. Android version much better. A shame because the app I used on my Torches worked pretty well.

Same problem here... spotty/lots of crackling sound while playing music while the app is minimized. Had this problem since I upgraded the OS to 10.3.2.2639.

After updating Blackberry Passport to OS 10.3.3.1435 TuneIn radio (Amazon store app) keeps reporting it is offline. Carrier and wifi connections are fine. Browser and all other apps are also fine. Uninstalled and reinstall the TuneIn app, alas to,no avail. Any help appreciated.

I have the app on passport 10.3.2. I looked at settings to see if there was anything about data connection, like use wifi only, but didn't see anything.

Do have all the permissions it wants turned on?

The tune in app stopped working after a recent upgrade. I opened blackberry link and restored my phone to v 13.1 which i used to have way back in march 2015. I only restored the app and nothing else. The older version of the app works fine on my blackberry passport.
