    Can someone please help me out.

    Just bought a new BB 9860, i want to set my email up but it wont let me it just says i must active enterprise account, whatever this is?

    I try goto options then advanced then to host routing table but its empty.

    I try go to my carriers website (o2) to register the device with the imei and pin but it says the device is not registered to the wireless network or something along those lines.

    Can someone please help?

    I dont believe BIS is down today because on my other BB i received emails ..ect all ok. BIS was down on 10th october.

    doesnt explain why my host routing table is empty and when i click bb button and register now i do not get the message to say registered.
