A few employees at work are experiences problems when replying to an email. It truncates the quoted message and only shows this (see example) instead of including the complete body of the quoted message.
Here is an example. On May 5, 2008, at 2:11 PM, John Doe wrote:
I cant find a pattern since they are always traveling and I never get to see what they are doing when this is happening. I don't have a blackberry to test with. But I do know that it is just text in the body.
Our mail is going thru the AT&T Blackberry internet service, our email server is Communigate pro and we are using imap.
