I'm having trouble senind an e-mail from my blackberry. I can write the message and then when I go to send it it won't go to the recipient. But I can reply to ones sent to me!!! Any advice??? All help welcome!!

When you try to send emails are you getting the red X indicating it did not go through or any other message, or does it show a check mark confirming it was sent but never shows up in their inbox?

Maybe try a battery pull and resend the service books. Just a thought.
