    "App Update Needed Please update your Instagram app in the Google Play Store by August 6th to continue using Instagram."

    Sideload the latest version which is 4.0.2.

    Instagram will be blocking any lower versions.

    I'm pretty sure instagram has to be on 4.0.2 or above to work on any device. Even android and ios. Instagram is getting rid of any lower versions

    Don't use the double sideload method. It's not ideal
    Just use debug like ^ said
