I decided to have a look at the app store this evening and try out some of the apps there now that I'm a bit more familiar with what my berry can and cannot do.

I was very disappointed to find that most of what I looked at did not have a trial version.

I would be very reluctant to purchase something without at least trying it first in case it didn't do what I wanted it to.

what were you looking at? maybe there are alternatives to them that do have trials...

Well, I got kinda disheartened after discovering that SmsScheduler and AutoSleep didn't have trials - but I would like to test those out.

I guess I got spoiled using symbian phones first - most of their stuff did have trials
