    Hey all,
I'm scheduled to make a trip over to Germany and Greece and I have the STA100-5 Z30. If I unlock my phone what options do I have for data sim over there?
I know this is more geared towards European users and looking for some info.
I'll be spending one week in Germany and two weeks in Greece.

    Thanks

    P.S.
Any link to a site that can unlock my phone would also be appreciated.

European variant is stl 100-2, compare network frequencies to find out what suits your needs

I'm not to sure which models are compatible with respective networks, but you've got a GSM variant and all network providers in Greece (from what I know) are GSM. So you have plenty of options.

Just curious, where in Greece will you be visiting? If you need any help or recommendations with where to stay or visit I will be more than happy to assist!

You should however bear in mind, that you might not have access to 3G or even LTE in rural regions of Germany.

Trier shouldn't be a problem at all. Other two might be...

Trier by the way is one of the oldest cities in Germany and utter beautiful.

Germany isn't a 'here be dragons" place you know. They have roads, round wheels and everything. Not sure why anyone would be worried about connectivity, the infrastructure there is amongst the best in the world.

I just stopped in an Internet Caf across the street from our hotel in Munich and got a local Sim card. Worked like a charm and I had coverage all over Germany. Enjoy your trip!
