    Can someone help me/point me in the direction to transfer contacts/apps to my new Tour? I tried a search but didn�t get exactly what I was looking for. I�ve had my old Tour replaced due to a faulty trackball and would like to be able to transfer all of this on my own.

    So some help would be greatly appreciated.

    Can't you use the switch devices option using the Desktop Manager?

    I've never actually done this, that's why it's posed as a question...

    The simplest way is to use the Switch Device Wizard in BlackBerry Desktop Manager.

    The other option, backup the original device and use Advanced Restore to transfer the content to your new device.

    I will need to transfer the SIM card correct???
