Yes. You can use desktop manager to do that. Once you have it installed on your
PC go to the synchronization settings on desktop manager.

Microsoft Outlook 2003. Getting all my e-mails, but not able to send contact info.
So you're saying that when you go into the sync options it's not giving you the
option to sync any of those things that you've mentioned? Did you make sure to
checkmark the "synchronize organizer data"?
I click on the device in my computer. I go to tools and synchronize. It gives me a message that there are no offline items to synchronize. Does not give any options to change or add anything. Maybe I am looking in the wrong place??
No you connect your phone to the computer, but you need to use the desktop
manager program for Blackberries. The CD comes with your phone. You need to
install that on your PC and go from there.
Downloaded the software from the Net. I was confused b/c the phone did not come with the Blackberry desktop mgr. CD. They just could gave me the CD to load the driver. Everything went smooth once I got desktop manager. Thanks for your help.
