Not sure this is possible, but i've been using my employer-provided bberry and number (verizon if that matters) for personal and business use for a number of years. Now that I'm switching jobs it would be nice if i could, with my employer's permission of course, take the number to my new personal account to avoid the headache of switching cell numbers.
Anyone tried this or know if it is doable? I know numbers can be ported, but didnt know how business accounts fit into that. I'm really just interested in the number, the service/contract dont really matter to me.
