Is there a GPS software (preferably free) that will track or log my movements and then download onto my computer? I would like to use this when I ride to track my routes.

I have an 8830 WE on Alltel. And I have already unloced my internal GPS

gpsed will also track. I've used it for bike rides, x-coutry ski trips and hiking. You can save the route as either google-earth or a garmin format. Or you can view it on their site.

Actually, BlackStar does not track routes, YET.

It will allow you to mark individual waypoints, but it is not done automatically.
