Im having trouble w/my trackball. It doesnt scroll up! UGH!! Ive locked the phone & moved the ball in all directions, ive done a battery pull and tried scrolling the ball again but nothing! Help!
Just 5 mins ago I got off the phone with a very helpful T-Mo rep and I stated that my trackball was jammed (would not roll down or up) he instantly put in my order for a replacement with no questions asked. He also stated that this is a common problem so I'm sure if u call your carrier's CS they can help you out.
