my trackball wont roll down, its like too smooth. i can roll it up and side to side, but trying to roll it down is impossible. i have had my bb for 4-5months. my trackball is a lot dirtier than some of my friends with bb's. what should i do. i dont really wanna try and take it apart to clean it because im afraid of bending some of the pieces. what should i do!!!!!
take it to a VZW store, you have a 1 yr warranty and they see that all the time. with luck they'll have a new trackball in their return bin and they can just swap it for you.
