    Has anyone had this issue with their Tour Camera. When you go to take a picture with the phone it will not save the image taken, only gives you a multi color scrambled screen.

    Any suggestions or solutions?

    The first diagnostic is a battery pull.

    If that does not fix the problem, use a utility like CrackMem or BBSAK to delete the camera module, then use BlackBerry Desktop Manager's Application loader to re-install it.

    If others are seeing the same fault, look for a device OS upgrade.

    I have not had the camera problem the OP describes with OS versions 4.7.1.40, 4.7.1.61, or 5.0.0.732. I don't think it is an OS issue.

    I will try to find the removal tool for the camera and if that fails wipe the device and reload everything. Anyone else out there ever had the multicolor picture screen?

    If so what did you do? or similiar camera issue?
