    Please Help,
I am very new to this site and the Blackberry. I just purchased an Unlocked Tour 9360 (Verizon).
It does not have a Browser Icon or the option to set up a personal email.
    (only the Enterprise option)
I have went to my new service supplier Vodacom. (I am in South Africa) and purchased a data bundle for Blackberry so have done everything at my end.
I have read some forums that have suggested different options but really need someone who can talk me through this issue step by step...
I will be so grateful if anyone out there can help me..

It sounds like there aren't any service books on the device, or it was previously set up for BES.

Have you tried wiping the phone and reloading the OS? If your carrier is GSM-based, you'll need to make sure the GSM radio is selected (instead of the CDMA radio).

You will need to manually load the generic service books for your carrier since your carrier does not carry the 9630. They may or may not be available.

    Check out these threads.

These instructions are for the Storm but the same process will work for the Tour. The instructions are for AT&T and TMobile in the US. Your biggest hurdle will be the Service Books for your carrier.

If you just got the phone and haven't put anything on it yet. I would just do a complete wipe and reload of the OS to ensure everything is there that you need. As long as you have a computer to do it with.
