    I wish Q10 and Q20 keyboards had trackpad functionality like the new Passport.

    The Q10 was made before BlackBerry utilized the technology with the Passport. The Q20 (Classic) would not be the "Classic" with a tactile keyboard.

    I wish touch keyboards offered the option to show the secondary options in small grey digits - the same as regular keyboards. So you would know which key you're striving for, as you're hitting shift or alt.
