Hi, I am new to blackberry phone. Just bought a torch 9800 and have problem to connect with my wifi. The phone can detect the wifi , Aztech 1015EN(L) but after i enter the network key (26 digits) then this appear on my screen "fail to associate with the network". Is my phone and modem router not compatible or need to do something in my phone? Can anybody help me?
