I'm a pleased owner of a Torch 2 (9810). I find that the keyboard starts to fail while writing email, using BBM, etc., but I can't figure out why this is happening. If I restart it, the keyboard works again. The keyboard doesn't stop working, but some key presses are ignored and most notably, alt stops working so I can't type any symbol (ie ? or a comma).
