How can I set up my BB so that:
1) Emails that I read - and delete- on my computer also delete from the BB automatically
2) Emails that I send from my computer don't go to the BB
Having to sit there and delete all this extra mail on the BB is repetitive and making me feel very dysfunctional :)

Open your messages folder, press Menu/Options/Email Reconciliation. Choose a email account from the drop down box. Select
Delete on Mailbox and Handheld-Yes
Wireless Reconcile-On
On Conflict- Mailbox wins
This is how mine has been setup for over a year with no problems.
Remember to pull down each account and change the setting to this. And save on exit.
