How can I pay for it? The Amazon app doesn't have that option and the play store app doesn't let me.

So I paid for it but it continues to state I have to pay for it. I click to pay and it reads I already paid for it .

I know it's "technically" supposed to work but these glitches can happen using cobalt or snap. Can't hold tinder responsible unless there's official app from them in bb world or amazon

If you use dater. No need to pay tinder plus which is very expensive and it's a monthly payment. In dater you can set fake locations anytime and as much as you want for a very cheap one time payment only
