IMO, it is a great time for CPP Investment Board to buy back RIM as it has 152.3 Billion investment as of November 2011 as RIM stock is valued at record low of 8 Billion.
It has been done in a lot of countries and it will secure not just the biggest tech firm in Canada, also to secure their peoples' job and continuity.
