The C-suite is busy with salvaging what's left and attempting to find a buyer(s) willing to pay for it. You won't hear from TH until he announces the company has sold -- if he lasts that long. The board of directors may can him before the sale to avoid shareholder backlash from the egregious $55M golden parachute. The cancelling of the earnings call, failing to add his signature to the open letter does seem like something is going down, but it's all speculation at this point. Definitely doesn't smell right. Too busy courting buyers or gag order from the board? Who knows, but it will eventually come out in the wash.

Better to shut up and let people think that TH is a clueless , than to let him speak and prove it with evidence.
