The bigger picture is that at least Heins, and probably all of the C-Suite executives, knew the full score as to BB10's abysmal sales long before it was announced. There's absolutely no way that such a loss was realized between the last ER and the early release on Friday. He knew at least part of the score and intentionally didn't disclose it. For that, the board should've severed him immediately and invalidated his golden parachute.
