Finally, with my 8830, I have one device that I use for everything. The headphones would be a great compliment!

I only use my BB Curve to play mp3's. I do not own an ipod. I felt it was a waste of money to invest in something that I already own. Plus, I have my Curve with me all the time. The only thing missing is a decent set of headphones.

I have an iPod and i use it at work. I connect it to my Mac and I listen to it while I work (I'm a graphic designer so I'm on the computer anyway.) When I walk my dog at night or when i take a shower though, I use my Curve and just play the music through the speaker since my ipod doesn't have a speaker, the Curve is really handy for this.

I rarely use my CrackBerry for audio entertainment. I guess my primary reason is battery life concerns. There have been times when I've used all but the last 10-20% of the battery life left for entertainment pursuits (music listening included), then an important phone call (or conference call) may come up and I'll see how I start really running through the battery life of the unit right when I needed the juice.

I will use it for listening to a song or two every so often, or even use it to inform friends/co-workers of songs that I recommend, but when this happens I will usually be near an area where I can either easily recharge, or have more than ample battery life to use.

I do have an iPod that I do use to listen to music to though, which use sometimes, that is, when I remember to bring it with me.
