    My berry was stolen and I just received my new one today. I just tried to upgrade os with the t-mobile upgrade. The install seemed to go right but now my berry is stuck with a small pic that looks like a cassette with the #507 under it!! I have tried to reconnect to DM but nothing!!! Please someone help me!!

    Uninstall the OS and DM, then reinstall DM and the OS. Error 507 just means there is no OS installed on the device.

    Error 507 is a Java Runtime error. You have to reinstall the OS. Good luck.

    I re oaded and it is asking me for a password. DM is still not reconizing my berry. Help
