Farmville is a flash based game so it won't work.

I'm running the Facebook 2.0 beta on my phone and I'm sad to say it doesn't include groups
If you go to Facebook Mobile (touch dot facebook dot com) and then at the bottom you'll see a link to the full site that's probably your best bet on groups for now I guess
The PlayBook should be able to run Farmville. :cool:
