    I'm pretty sure you're talking about the trackball. The only one that can be changed is the Pearl 8100.

    No, I believe he is talking about the hover area on the actual screen. Its on dimension themes.

    I believe he means the "cursor" that highlights the icons on the screen. This is theme controlled, and not user-changeable, as Jenay said.

    no he means the yellow highlight. I think its different color with some custom themes but like jenay said no you cant just change it on the phone.
