Yes. It's called BlackBerry Protect. It's in BlackBerry World.

Restore an existing back up? You would have done that in Link, correct?

open Link, click on the Help icon ( a ? inside a circle) and you will find a help feature on Backup and Restore

    From Link:

You can restore a backup file that you created from your BlackBerry device running BlackBerry 10 OS or from your BlackBerry smartphone running BlackBerry Device Software 5.0 or later.

On your computer, open BlackBerry Link.
At the bottom of the screen, click your device.
    Click the Settings icon.
In the Settings view, in the left pane, click Restore Data.
    Click Restore from backup file.
    Do one of the following:
To restore all of the data in a backup file to your device, click a backup file.
To restore specific data in a backup file to your device, click a backup file. Clear the Restore all data checkbox. Select the checkbox beside one or more databases that you want to restore.
To restore data from a backup file that is not listed, click Open another backup folder. Navigate to the .bbb file or .ipd file. Click OK.
    Click Restore Data.
Tip: To restore your device data, you can also click the Arrow beside your device at the bottom of your screen. Click Restore.

    BlackBerry World - BlackBerry Protect

I'm not really following how that is going to help you with an existing backup (unless you did so with Protect to begin with)

PO, we need a little more info. Is the BB Protect backup that you want to restore from a legacy device?

Blackberry Protect is now baked into the BB 10 OS. Go to System Settings > Blackberry Protect. It does not backup your device any longer. A real PITA. If you've just moved from a legacy device to a BB 10 device, you can do a one-time only restore from a legacy device backup:
Is there a BlackBerry Protect app for BlackBerry 10-img_00000388.jpg

After that, you will have to depend on BB Link for backup/ restore functions. (Until/unless Protect is returned to it's former functionality. This has been requested in the BB Beta Zone.)

I see from your profile you have both the Z10 and Q10. BB Protect will not be of any assistance in taking a backup from one and restoring it to the other. You would have to use BB link as already outlined above.
