I didn't see this in any past posts... so, my question is. Do all of the themes not allow you to change the placement of your icons. The few that I have tried that do not come with the phone do not allow me to change the icon placement.
If this has been answered allready, can some one point me in the right direction?
It depends on the theme, some do and some don't. You'll just have to read about theme and look to see if the description includes something about customizable icons. If you're really set on a theme you could try to ask the creator to tailor it to your needs.
Some themes allow you to customize all icons including the home screen icons. Some themes allow you only to change the icons that are not on the home screen. I personally like themes that I can change all of the icons, but it really is personal preference.
