Is it possible that having a specific theme active could drain my memory and battery faster than a different theme being active?

Not sure about battery drain but I did have a theme on my Tour that was responsible for severe memory leakage when active, and less so when inactive.

ive never seen a theme that was not active cause a battery drain. however some graphic intense themes could cause a drain if active.

Yes, some themes will drain more than others when active, but it's usually memory, not so much battery. I have also yet to find a custom theme that doesn't drain memory faster than the default theme.

The animated themes will be more demanding on the memory.
