i just want to know if rim is still working on the theme builder 7 because i have a feeling that rim won't release it

Your guess is as good as mine. I hope they do, but at this point in the game, who really cares. I bet if some of the Themers did not find a way to create themes for OS 7.x devices, then maybe RIM would have been under pressure to release it sooner, and not by the time BB10 drops..LoL
