    I was having issues with my PB so I contacted the BB customer support, we tried a few things to fix the problem but could not, so the tech recommended I send it to get fixed, but RIM sent me a brand new one a week later!

    Great service!!
    The BlackBerry PlayBook is the one product that receives special treatment at RIM from a customer support perspective; they will usually do anything to ensure a satisfied user.
