Hi all
I just upgrade my phone from the Nextel BB 8350i to the brand new BB Curve 3G Smartphone (don't think this one has a number). When I had the 8350i I was going my text messages from Twitter on the people that I follow. Now that I have upgraded I no longer get those messages. I still have the same phone number that is associated with Twitter. I have the Twitter app downloaded but find it easier to get the texts instead.

Do any of you know why I am not getting texts anymore.

you have to reassociated your number with twitter to get them to push through cuz your new phone doesn't know you want them.

It's like when I get new phones using info for my football scores. I just send a text to 4info and they reply and I get my texts again.

Yeah, pretty much. If I understand your OP correctly, you've basically switched
phones and have a new phone number. So yeah, you're going to need to update
the info on your Twitter settings.
