Hello all,
I am a newbie to CrackBerry.. I like it a lot so far...
I hope you all can help me out with something... I have BB Storm and i like it a lot but I don't like the txt message set up. it does not thread the textes by sender. Is there a way to do that? also, When i put the phone in my case i want it to turn off, how would i go about that?

I'm not certain if this answers your other question, but your phone will automatically go to sleep (not turn off) when you put it into a Blackberry branded case or holster. There's a magnetic closure that the BB senses when it's in the case. Generic cases don't have this feature. Third party manufacturers sell some other designs and styles. Check Crackberry's store.

threaded sms is not possible on blackberries... something with RIMs coding or something like that

there is an sms viewer which lets you look at ur texts like they are in a chat but its kinda useless as it does not actually group ur texts by sender. I dont have enough posts to put a link so jus search sms viewer in the forums

I like the curve sms view... Its simple, and works really well. What's this threaded view you talk of?

They mean like having "John Doe" and then in that, all the texts between you and that sender like one long message (like the iPhone/iChat does)
