[ACFP3]

hey guys, i don't post that often here on the forums but i do read almost every thread here lol. I have a question that ive never seen answered or asked. (dont bash me if im wrong!)
Is there an Internet browser for pc that is made for tethering. Like a browser that compresses data and sends it to your pc. I find that using chrome wastes alot of data and was wondering if there is a browser that is more kb efficient.
