    My friend got a Q10 on Rogers, and he is able to get a visual voicemail.Telus doesn't offer this to his clients..Is the future friendly?

    Use Youmail, I start use it and works great. Just download the android version using Snap.

    Depends.are.they telus branded phones or unlocked
    If unlocked that's what you get carrier software isn't preloaded on unlocked phones
